3/5/11 - Here is video showing highlights from Gov Mitt Romney's speech to an influential group of Republicans in New Hampshire on Saturday.

National Review Endorses Romney:
"More than the other primary candidates, Romney has President Bush's virtues and avoids his flaws....he is less inclined to federal activism, less tolerant of overspending, better able to defend conservative positions in debate, and more likely to demand performance from his subordinates. A winning combination, by our lights. In this most fluid and unpredictable Republican field, we vote for Mitt Romney."

  • If there is a contest between Romney vs Obama, I think Romney will win. I think Romney is carrrying out himself pretty good. Romeny is presidential in his speech and behavior and humble. But, I think Romney should slow down in his speech and make a speech at LA Times reader level, 4th grader. There are lot of us citizens whose native language is not English. Talk Slow Mr. Romeny. And, it will win you a white house.

  • Well they got it right when they called the Republican field unpredictable. It's a race for 2nd place or worse.

The video title is a tad misleading, I mean it's not like past Presidents wanted to enslave the citizenry.

    "It's (still) the economy stupid."

Beyond that, feel free to tinker and toil as you please.
