@chillaxer1993 Yes, the foam works better with fires involving flammable liquids because it doesn't spread the liquid out as water does, otherwise anything that's not covered by the water would still burn and you might actually make it worse by throwing water on it.
Also I don't know if this foam will conduct electricity but water will and create a potential shock hazard for a fire fighter or a by stander

You should test that system every six months and hold a huge water bath tub thingy and have fun there while testing at the same time lol

How is it cleaned up? Does it just dry itself up after a while or do you have to go in there and do a major job? H

@jsselec how the foam is routed to the underground collection tank? there is a floor drain?

@paul9511 yes there are floor drains. I believe they can spray water on it to speed up the process, but my company was only responsible for making the system discharge, not to clean it up!
