A TV Interview of Stefan Pehr to his way to the international NASA Space Acadamy as part of the delegation of Austria and a short review of the M-BEAM Experiment which gets carried out by him and his team.

The M-BEAM experiment is part of the spaceprogram REXUS provided by ESA, DLR and SNSB.

M-BEAM is an experiment about the design and construction of a fully wear and maintenance free brushless DC motor for microgravity.The Experiment will be launched on a Orionrocket at Esrange in March 2011. It is a spaceflight where a altitude of 100km and a microgravity phase of approximatly 2min. are reached.
