badmudda "oil and sugar cause cancer, not meat"
"Higher intake of meats, particularly red meats, and lower intake of vegetables were associated with an increased risk of esophageal adenocarcinoma, while higher intake of meats, particularly poultry, and high-fat dairy was associated with increased risk of gastric cardia adenocarcinoma".

Based on detailed data from 55,000 pregnancies, acetone and other ketones may cause brain damage in the fetus, which may result in the baby being born mentally retarded. The fact that ketones seemed to cause "significant neurological impairment" and an average loss of about 10 IQ points was well known and aroused "considerable concern" years before Atkins published his first book. Atkins nonetheless wrote. "I recommend this diet to all my pregnant patients."

idiotic
That is a very stupid and hurtful video. I did a lowcarb diet and lost a lot of weight.. we eat plenty of carbs. Maybe you should read up on the diet before you make fun of it.

It's only a joke. The low carb diet can't make you a zombie the same way a radio active spider cant give you super powers. science fiction is all about twisting the facts enough for people to suspend disbelief. and anyone that takes serious diet advise from a zombie movie is pretty misguided. I am glad the diet has worked out for and sorry to have offended.
