okay so problem. I got mine a few weeks ago and love it.

But when I was using it today, the screen shut off and the music kept playing, but none of the button worked. So I just let it play until it stopped.

I get home and plug it in, expecting it to turn on, but it doesnt.

What do I do?! D:

The battery on this MP4 is a built-in Li-on rechargeable battery and shouldn't need replacement. Please email us at support @ chinavasion . com (without the spaces) if there are any issues involving the battery.

How can I change the volume when watching a video - i dont see special volume buttons...

You should be able to control the volume by pressing the long blue button on the top of the MP4 when a video is playing.

No you aren't able to watch movies or listen to music while the player is charging. You probably wont even be able to switch it on.
