    if the government could spread your health and not only your wealth, it would have done so

  • So you just go once through the circuit and you're done? No second/third round?

  • @crezman He didn't say it wasn't He said that the fruits of these labors (working out) couldn't be taken away from you by the gov't. He was not referring to charity -- voluntarily giving to someone else. Big big difference.

  • Crez...There is a difference between giving of yourself out of the generosity of spirit and human kindness and having something that is yours being stolen from you by threats of force or at gunpoint and given to someone else who you don't even know. Regardless of how good the cause, that was never intended to be the purpose of our government.

  • It is, indeed, the right thing to do if it's done WILLINGLY - not through government compulsion.

  • Imagine the government taking, say half of your energy + taking some of it every time you use it xD ... energy VAT!

    Anyway, I just ordered the book just trusting the name John R. Little. Having seen some of these videos, this system seems interesting and worth putting to the test.

    I got really distracted, and could do without, the conservative economic plug at the end. If I have wealth in areas and can share it with others who are less fortunate, this is the right thing to do, but has nothing to do with exercise.
