Yeah still off the cigs.. Smoked for 35 years, woke up one monday morning, and decided to quite and haven't smoked since, that's been a month and a half now... The first 3 days was the hardest, after that it was down hill...

Hay Pete does it make sense to box the whole frame on my 70 Chevelle? Its been powder coated and I don't want to mess that up, is there any big benefit to boxing the frame. The goal is to make it strong and stiff for cornering

No , on your chevelle you have a sub-frame, it's already pre-boxed from the factory, it will be fine the way it is...Usually what most people do is get the fully boxed lower rear control arms--edelbrock makes a good pair, and then install a pair of adjustable rear upper control arms on the rear end as well. On the front the tubular control arm system is the best with the biggest sway bar you can get... That shoud set you up.. Take it easy. Pete

agree! thats all i did with my 69 as well as poly urethane bushings, but edelbrock control arms were cheap and worked great! havent done my front end yet but i will one of these days... Im thinkin I can buy the front control arm kit and coil overs soon but its a toss up between that and bags all around... but $1500 i can do the tubular $3000+ for the bags that handle like crap but look cool... we shall see... chevelles are ment to cruise not haul ass but its fun to try anyway
