I heard naruto ripped-off DB, O-Parts Hunter (used to think it was Hunter X Hunter), Cowboy Bebop, and even Danny Phantom (like what TBNH said on his channel, LOL).

@theewall200 nah, he based it off of a old chinese folk tale, but then slowly changed it to his own original style.

inded :D but naruto used a clone to make it when he used it in the firsts tries.... but now (ure video bg) he can manage it with just one hand... about naruto training and gokus quick learning it has another ripp-offs u see both naruto and goku would get very tired in they´re firsts tries on rasengan and kamehameha naruto would say iam out of chakra and goku iam hungry i dont have any energy left so in the yearly episodes rasengan was very similari even if the learning method was diferent

@Thebigestnarutohater Naruto had to train to use the rasengan while goku just saw the kamehameha and knew how to do it for one. Rasengan is way smaller and requires to hit the opponant with it. He needs to use one of his clones to make it. I really could say he ripped it off if it was just like it, but they are differant not extreamly but differant none the less
