A rant about the BAD single mothers who blame everyone for their mistakes and stupidity. This stuff makes me sick. To the good mothers out there, square away your messed up sisters!

I'm a single mother, I agree with most of what you're saying! There's two types of single mothers- the ones that you're talking about and the ones that become single mothers as a result of the relationship not working out. It's sad because all single mothers are stereotyped to be the same when we're not!

You see, this is what happens when we give women rights. They don't appreciate the good men, they spread their legs for the abusive bad boys, they become single mothers, and they go around blaming the enitre male population as if all the men in the world (good and bad) owe her an apology for knocking her up.

I used a form of birth control but it didn't work. I never wanted to get pregnant, but I did so I wanted to take responsibility for it and raise her. I chose the "good guy" who was always there and always a sweet boyfriend but didn't support me when his parents disapproved. So I am alone, but I am doing my best. I read books about discipline and parenting because I care about my job. I do think I made the wrong choice but I think that my life isn't over just because I have a child.

@Aonexia And my kids are happy, safe, and living just fine! Their dad is helping nowdays... Everybody needs space and time to grow every now and then. I was doing good w/o him and it's just fine if he helps, but I don't need it! We are not together, but we are friends and in a better state of mind for our kids. Yes, it takes two, but two is not needed where I stand! I had the right to do one thing are another and I did one of those things w/ him and had twins. Bless & great twins!!! =p

I see that all the time; there are a lot of single mothers where I live and most of them are teens as well (which doesn't make anything better) and there are many 'thugged' out guys, but for a lot of the girls and women here have the menatallity that that is what a man is and most likely what they both saw as children...and they will go for it over and over and will have multiple kids with different men.
