This is BS, If I were thinking like a criminal I would know to rip off the jersey before I nab the kid. Is this not a “DA” factor?!?! She states that they made a public announcement on how this thing works, The instant they did that it educated the criminals on how to get around it.. This doesn’t make the kids any safer than they were before the chip. Which is what they want I think, the first kid that gets nabbed regardless of this, they will have a reason to IMPLANT the chip..
