I would like to thank Dr. John W. Robbins of trinityfoundation.org and all of his staff and contributors for making Gordon H. Clark's valuable work available.

When it comes to apologetics, Gordon H. Clark is the best!

Unlike Cornelius Van Til, who merely claimed to be a presuppositionalist, but publicly endorsed the traditional Roman Catholic arguments for God's existence, Gordon Clark held that the Bible alone is the axiom of Christianity.

Gordon H. Clark was a strict Calvinist. When Cornelius Van Til denied the orthodox teaching of the Trinity (Van Til taught that God is 1 person and 3 persons--see his An Introduction To Systematic Theology, chapter 17), Gordon Clark defended the orthodox/Calvinist position demonstrating that Jehovah was 1 God and 3 persons (1 and 3 in a different sense, thus avoiding any contradiction).

If you are interested in avoiding the Neo-orthodox theology of paradox, seeming contradictions, and actual contradictions that men like Cornelius Van Til and Greg Bahnsen engaged in, then you will be interested in the logically consistent and Biblically based apologetics of Gordon H. Clark.

If you are interested in avoiding the empirical apologetics of R.C. Sproul, then you will be interested in Gordon H. Clark's method.

And, if you are interested in avoiding the highly fallacious Roman Catholic arguments for God's existence, then you will be interested in the apologetic method of Dr. Gordon H. Clark.

Dr. Clark was a co-founder of the Orthodox Presbyterian Church (O.P.C.), and you can obtain his essays and purchase his books at:
