@stefil9 On the contrary. Many youngsters at the Regionals don't quite have a grasp yet. We have been practicing CRM now for 30 years at my major carrier and perform it quite well.

@solomonpilot767 yep, unfortunately... there are some captains that still having the same bad old school atittude.. some people just dont know how to listen and look for the best way to solve the issue. anyway this new generation of young captains is going to change many things and the CRM will see better days.
