Seagull 25th Anniversary CW Flame Maple EQ Demo

Only have a couple hours playing this guitar, but I really like it. Well actually, I love it. The setup from the factory was pretty much perfect. It has a solid spruce top, flame maple back and sides (very pretty!), the neck is silver leaf maple which is a cool alternative to mahogany (there is a mahogany side and back version of this guitar), the fretboard is rosewood, and it has the Cut aWay for reaching some of the higher frets.

The playing parts in the video are out of sync, but hopefully the audio came out okay. I played the lead track through the AdrenaLinn III preset 14 "direct console tone" and the rhythm track was recorded with the guitar unplugged with just a MXL 990 condenser mic (the world's most inexpensive condenser mic!) into the Emu 0404 soundcard for comparison purposes.

@DoggBisket Iv'e got a seagull mini-jumbo m-6(or mjm6) and it's about the same thing as your taylor,I think I like the taylor a bit better if only for the solid sidesbut it saved me a bunch of money getting the intermediate instead of the artist grade!.I got a Dean markley barstow passive pick-up and it sounds great through the amp or the board!

WOW so nice to ear the sound from a real guitar player, I bought exactly the same guitar a few months ago, IT IS GREAT GUITAR, I feell like if I riped off the store cuz it's worth way more then the low price for sutch quality.

I think that this guitar is the best quality / price you can buy all brands together.

OMG, this is one of the most beautiful guitars I've seen.

That flame maple SHINES on the sides and it looks so awesome on top of the headstock.

But the sound is even better - so juicy.

Cool instrumental, has a barely noticeable Cuban feel to it.

Very cool geetar. Love the cutaway. I have a Taylor Grand Auditorium. I wish I would have spent more and got one with the electronics, but then the price would have been over a grand. I kinda wish I would have gotten a cutaway sometimes, but I got a pretty good deal on mine.
