  • Don't forget, don't forget the mexican spices!

  • I've eaten iguana! =D~!!

  • This is not very accurate as a recipe, you should be using more Mexican seasonings, and skip the ground beef, use skirt you trimmed all the fat off of. Mexicans butcher the meat a certain way, and it affects the flavor for sure. I'm sure being in Hungary makes it hard to find, so I get that though. But that Enchilada sauce you made? Not even close, really. (were you thinking it's like Marinara? because it's not at all.)

  • As a Californian who is not Mexican, I feel I should lend my voice...Mexican food and in particular Chile con Carne (and Chili Verde, and lots of other styles) is a staple food in the Southwest United states. This dish will be at every truck stop and diner, even if the rest of the menu is American, (chicken fried steaks, hamburgers, and the like). this is everyday food here. There was Mexican food in the area before any other cuisines except for what the Indians ate.

  • @mexicoelmejor1 I did not know that! Thank you!!!
