@Brian86992DH He's right, if you pre spread it, it creates air bubbles.
-
@WeirdoMikey You do that if it works for you....

You're not gonna get good results the way you applyed the Thermal Compound, check videos on how to apply it correctly on the CPU, it only needs a thin coat on the CPU surface, you covered the CPU all around with it an that just makes it run hotter.

Not necessarily, This Nickel plated heatsink out performs most air coolers

lol they are not speakers. they are fans. it is a ram cooler which comes with the corsair dominator ram.

ive never installed a fan and do you have to take out the mobo to install it or is it just alot easier to do it that way?

You could do it either way, but its probably easier to take out the motherboard.

I think you're talking about the Corsair Dominator Fan. It cools my memory

im thinking about getting that same zerotherm cpu cooler and i just wanted to know what your specs are (because i'm getting the AMD 940 Black Edition and i wanna get it up to around 3.4 / 3.5), how much you oc'd your cpu, stuff like that, anything that might help cause i got just a couple mixed reviews about this hs/f but for the most part, everything mentioned was really good. forget that shit about the thermal grease and how much you applied, if it works, it works, 'nuff said! good video...
