All certified aircraft can handle wind and rain up to a certain degree. Of course every aircraft has its limits, but usually the biggest killer when an aircraft flies into bad weather is the pilot itself getting disoriented and not a problem with the aircraft related with the weather.

@HDaviator cool and i guess the aircraft itself has to be able to take a fair bit of wind/rain without any issues

Um... as long as an aircraft is IFR certified it can fly into bad weather.

This is the first video I've seen of a Banonza flying into overcast/rainy skies. So they can fly in bad weather..
