Here a killer little recipe for lamb.
Add about a teaspoon and a half of medium(or whatever heat you desire) jerk seasoning to a pound of ground lamb, some rosemary and mint(dried or fresh). Grill the patties and serve on a potato roll with slices of tomatoes and red onions.
