marijuana prohibition is unconstitutional corporate collusion.

Come on OBAMA DO IT !!! We need Hemp , other countries use it for everything.. Why can't our country be self sufficient too? Allow anyone to grow Hemp, stop worrying about the people who would grow marijuana - let them! How does pot or HEMP especially hurt anyone? It only helps!

marihuana was the government name given to the cannabis genus as a whole in the mid to late 1930's as a propaganda phrase and it was associated with mexicans and negroes. do your research.
like a lot of words, the meaning has changed over time, but that's what it was back then.

LOL,no marijuana is not a government name for hemp.

Very nutritious hemp seed oil is great food and if it were more economical I would eat it every day. Hemp milk made from the seeds here in Salt Lake must be imported and costs 4 dollars a quart or I'd be drinking it every day too. These artificial financial barriers are interfering with every person's natural rights to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness, ALL THREE. Prohibition is killing. Add to the above, THC is shrinking cancerous tumors in University research labs around the world.

hemp and "marijuana" (which is just a government name for hemp, derived to instill fear about the "devil's weed" and how it made mexicans and african americans go crazy and how it was such a threat to the whites) are the same exact thing. the FDA discovered this right after "marijuana" was deemed illegal by the government, and industrial hemp was therefore made illegal as well.

the government will not allow hemp cultivation because they want to wage the drug war and make hemp look like the evil plant that kills children and addicts victims. This country operates on mind control and missinformation. the DEA is similar to hitlers secret police, they want absolute control. At some point hemp will be cultivated and used for fuel, clothing, particle board and insulation because fossil fuel will be running out. so its hemp or perish.
I agree! Not only Oil, Cotton and Wood lobbyists but also now Corn.

There will never be a separation of hemp and marijuana as long as the Oil, Cotton and Paper industries control particular parts of our government.
Read "Hemp, Lifeline to the Future" by Chris Conrad published in 1993. Its extremely informative.
