not only do you have some Vary shitty cars out there you also have some first time drivers and most of them are likly to be in the shityest of cars

or you could turn the engine 90 degrees and put a shaft conversion that replaces the sprocket and connects directly to the output shaft like on the lotus-7 R1 kit cars on it run to a suzuki samari rear axle... if you choose to go with chain drive then get an auto chain lubricator

The only tip I have for you is to make the chain as long as possible or it will overheat and break. Post video once you have it running.
