@211Anon well, I kind of felt some kind of way about the increased police presence..but not because we shouldn't have an increased presence. I grew up in Bed Stuy and I live here currently. So I've see the rawness of the neighborhood. I don't object to regular patrols, I just feel like it shouldn't take "new inhabitants" to encourage that. Its as if my life and safety didn't matter before. I don't think anyone of sane mind would complain about more police being around.
