Public School Teachers Are Idiots

I know that the title and content of this vid generalizes. I have known a few public school teachers that I respect.

However, while the body politic loves their teachers with billions of dollars a year, test scores and the declining abilities of our students demonstrate that public school teachers are failing.

My statement is that these teachers are failing because they are systemically stupid.

I would have put an age restriction of this vid, but YT does not give me that option. However, the kids already know their teachers are dumb; it is the parents that do not.

The public school teachers reign of tyranny is almost at an end. Now that we have the internet we no longer need your schools. Your thought control and barbaric social structuring is obsolete. You force children into dangerous situations both dangerous physically and extremely detrimental to mental health for your pleasure of being in control. Layoff everyone,and hire only the best of the best,not to mention those who arn't burned out due to years of teaching.

Once we have the young,innovative,and the best teachers overall, we re hire the not so best teachers as assistance's to grade and do all of the extra work.

Teachers should be hired based on merit,no seniority.

I live in a school district where only the "best" teachers are hired and retained. In fact, one of the high schools in this area has been ranked the best public high school in the country. Yet, it SUCKS!!!!

Public education teacher colleges are training incompetents. Beyond privatization of education, we require in teacher education a rejection of Dewey's Progressivism and Japan's traditionalism. The model for the future is the Van Damme Academy.

@a1rh3add Schools do not protect children. Children are abused by other children, absolutely without any punishment to the bullies. If they tried that shit as adults they would be in jail! Schools is a giant asshole for losers to be babysat. Now, education is important, creative arts is important, trade is important. There must be a revamp of the whole school system to focus on subjects that matter without some absurd tangets that make children do obsene things that add no value to them.

My high school the teachers dont care if you swear or anything...there is no disapline..which i dont care but as a student im spose to hate my teachers, yet i only hate my science one, laungage (For good reason), my OLD pdhpe teacher, my OLD maths teacher and the librarian...By old i mean used to be my teacher but now isnt..Its like they went to the carnival and said ''Lets find the most iritating people we find and make them teachers''.

I strongly agree. Most of the public teachers in schools are idiots! They act like they know History, Biology, Physics, etc., but they actually get the steps and answers from a book that is hidden from the students. In fact, my old high school Geometry teacher, "Ms. Leuturio" acted like she knows everything about Geometry, but ironically, she actually got the answers from the teacher's book.

First off your story is funny as hell. Second I agree with your statements about Dewey in one of your comments. I am an art education major, at a state college and all I can say is that the crap they teach us is completely useless. We learn all this theoritical nonsense which is essentially just blind optimism and mindless marxist banter. You mention the Vanne Dam Academy, whats different about it?

My electronics teacher has taught me nothing, and all we do is do stuff on the computers, and we did a project that approximately 5 students got done, but hardly nobody did not know about the project, and we have to wait like 10 minutes for students to work out in the hallway for them to finish up stuff for the project... Everyone played on the computer, and at the end of the period, he says a number of you did nothing but computer, you know whose name he called out? My name! That pissed me off!
