Is 20 sets too much?...I find I'm building muscle...and my body doesn't have too much strain on it, I don't feel fatigued after and I look forward to working out ... I'm only 18 though I just don't want to be in my 30's and have back/joint pain

Hello! Have you considered the Fat Blast Furnace (just google it)? Ive heard some awesome things about it and my work buddy burned plenty of unwanted fat.

Hey guys, how many days a week are you doing 10-15 sets ?
-
I do HIT. My chest/bi day I'm out in 10 sets. I'm guess a lot of you guys doing high volume are doing your reps hella quick
-
@Riddikc Have you tried HIT?

I mean if you mean 12 sets total in a whole "gym pass" that takes like 20 minutes or something. I mean if you do like 5 exercises per muscle group 3 sets/excercise that's like 30 sets if you do 2 muscle groups. That's not much in my world. Takes a bit more than an hour maybe depending on what groups I'm hitting but that's about as long as it takes for a workout to feel good for me anyway.

13-16 sets is my range typically. 3 heavy sets and typically 1-2 light sets per workout. Works well for size and helps with definition but hey that's just my advice....you can do whatever the FUCK you wanna do!
THEY MEAN 12 SETS PER TRAINING SESSION IN THE GYM. They do about two exercises per muscle group with 3 sets each. That's 6 sets for chest and then 6 for tris with high intensity; which makes 12 for example. But this is what works for them like that stated, thats why they're in and out the gym in 35-45 minutes. You could do 14 sets and be fine too. Thumbs up so people can see!!
