I don't know what movies you've seen from Nolan or Snyder...I've seen them all and I can definetely say that Nolan has the best movie (Memento) but Snyder's the best director. TDK isn't that great, get over it. Batman Begins is a great film, The Prestige is a great film, Insomnia is just good and Inception is ok.

Don't forget Dawn of The Dead, Watchmen or 300. Legend Of The Guardians and Sucker Punch are his worst efforts but Zack's the best!

@mehrows - I'm absolutely in agreement with you. I don't know why Nolan and the producers at WB gave this supposedly 40 yr old man the Superman project - he has the verbal communication skills of an infant and manufactured directorial style from the ''Michael Bay School of Filmaking.''

I would have prefered them to have chosen Darren Aronofsky. I would have even liked to have seen Duncan Jones (director of Moon) direct the Superman film with Nolan producing and over-seeing the script/story.

Snyder seriously is a terrible film maker, he should be a Visual Effects director because he has an amazing visual style, but story telling wise... no creativity.
