  • Great song, but you can't hear anything but the drums in this vid.

  • I love this song, heard it on Indie 103.1 a few weeks ago.

  • I'm fairly certain that he is using a click track... it sounds in the beginning, plus he's wearing headphones...

  • the hi-tom sounds great. what are you talking about? you think you can judge a kit's sound by a shitty cell phone cam's audio? his kit sounds amazing, effects or no effects. also, they are all playing to a click track.

  • Interesting. I find it horrible that Longwave is so unknown. They're music is incredible.

  • i have to say the hi-tom sounds terrible...beyond flat..thats what eq and effects can do for you.....interesting that he's not using a click track. ....as a drummer I never used one either

  • Yeah...Indie 103.1 is the best station in the L.A. area. That's what south cali needed to play indie/underground music. That is the station I pretty much listen to now.

  • I can't get enough.

  • When in a room, yeah drums overpower. They are mic'd, but only to record. If they had the mics projecting like they would in a concert, it would defeat the purpose of the recording.

    Interesting stuff.
