FOX-44 is not an FOX O&O. The station is owned by Smith Media.

I think that's how its pronounced - I hear it that way with others with that surname. I wonder if the VO is Canadian.

The package is a Fox-sanctioned package. Most Fox stations use this; there are some that don't however the top three stations (NY, LA, Chicago) use this open.
