Can't disagree at all. The Filipino people should realize that our Moro brothers have a legitimate claim and grievances. I think rearrranging the political scene is in order. I think FEDERALISM is the answer. Now, now, before you howl to the ends of the earth I believe you should read and understand what that means. Simply, look at Canada as an example: National Defense, Foreign Policy, Monetary Policy remains in the National Government and all the rest to the local governments.
