EWI is able to react to your fingering immediately.

The delay may caused by ausio and video not synchronized..

a solution to a lot of the problems in this video is to hook the sound output directly to the recording system rather than recording using the mic built in to the camera.

Better recording quality, zero latency between audio and video.
