Since 2003, Visions has conducted over 22 youth leadership trainings, facilitated by nearly 100 international volunteers. Trainings are held at universities, schools and children's homes, where international and local volunteers join hands to work with youth on a variety of skills building activities and projects. Volunteers also visit with local NGOs, experience various development projects first-hand, and get to explore the cultural richness and diversity of South Asia.
