Wire was one of the greatest bands of the late '70s -- no doubt about that one. But, yeah, as unpopular as this will make me on here, this version is pretty spotty. I saw them sometime in 2004 and it was horrible.

Damn I wish I could see this band I can't tell you how much they have meant to me over and over again. Man, I have the original vinyl and thats priceless to me.

I read an interview were the band said "no one was allowed to leave" so the band should have stopped when Gilbert left..... in the same way the Stranglers should have stopped in 1990 when Hugh left. This sounds tired:( and the chemistry is gone!

saw thema few months back and they pulled it off better than this...this is a bit shocking :D sounds like a bunch of bitter old bastards beyond the stage of caring how their biggest hit that never was sounds.....
