Hey, could you make a tutorial, or a progression or something? It'd help me a lot, I'm at 5 second tuck planche now and trying to train to this but I don't know how. Or at least tell me how you trained? Oh, and I don't want a straight armed one, I want bent, like yours. Looks a lot cooler ;).

@XIPM3 Upside down handstand pushups are overhead presses without holding anything ;)

I really don't know how people lift themselves up like that. I'll keep trying though

thats good, but its more working arms then stomach because of your bent arms
