@BolusInfernalis Yeah, played lots of DoW2 :) It's great. It's the kind of strategy that I love. with cover system tactics and stuff like that. Not just puking out a million units and doing a slight bit of microing while attacking and then calling it a day. That's what made SC2 a complete disappointment to me. It was like stepping through a portal to the 1990s again. I do love Total Annihilation, though. In that game, base building is actually FUN :)

@ronnysoeberg have you tried dawn of war 2? That game is all about tactical game play without basebuiliding. I I like both tactical and base building types of games, but tactical I like more. So im asking the same question as you here.. let me know if you played this game. :)

did this game mode become popular? And are people still playing it? I always hated base building, but it seems I'm in a tiny minority when it comes to that..

What they did with Generals and C&C 3 was genius. Both games are among the best RTS ever made but different enough in look and play to be 2 totally different games. Yet knowing how to play one makes playing the other easy.
Then they had a brain fart with Red alert 3 and this game here.
Best RTs games to play Generals(Zero hour)-C&C 3(Kanes wrath)-Company of heroes. Got those 3 you are set for a while.

C&C trying to give us a good game with the wrong way.
First, They killed LAN MODE
Second, They made un-equivalent Units.
Third, They brought C&C4 to kill happiness inside us.
I am asking you C&C 4 you make games as you think or as customers think?
you make games for one player to play alone on another planet or for
single, family and online players?
DON'T Kill these Series Please... We like what you did but not C&C4
