According to GE 999 T.V. series, Tetsuro mentioned that only "4" Cosmo guns were made and carried - CPT Emeraldas & Harlock, Tetsuro, and an unidentified individual. But in this anime, Emeraldas mentioned "5" of them (including her sister Maetel). Something does not add up.

Leiji Matsumoto writes amazing stories that take place in a world like no other, but I wouldn't bother looking for any sort of continuity in different anime based on his works.

I first saw Queen Esmeraldas on Starz Network, On was was called " Anime Midnight " But I saw Star Blazers, (Space Battleship/Cruiser Yamato) even earlier, first was the Quest for Eskandar, Then to fight the comet empire, then more recently " The Bolar Wars "

ほほぅ。まぁ設定としては、第３の鉄郎が『ひろし』という訳か･­･･

宇宙海賊ハーロック様が非常に面白かったが、この【クイーンエメ­ラルダス】も

なかなかの面白さですし男心をくすぐられる作品ですね^^

ちょっと、調べてDVDBOXとか探してみます^^
