This sounds like a spur of the moment thing, because when Sammy stops playing the whole thing kind of goes away. Sammy's only playing, and with no fiddle (and of course no drums) to help out the mandolin, the whole rhythmic structure just isn't there. So a great showcase of Sammy on Strat, but as a whole it's a mess.
