Ozone, in low quantity, is beneficial to breathe. I have an ozone generator in my kitchen and another in my bedroom. They run continually, have been since '95. I do drink ozonated water whenever I feel a virus coming on. It does help but MMS (sodium chlorite) is better.

are you aware that not using pure grade medical 02 you will produce nitric acid in your oil hope this helps

@copleygsxr The air is not compressed, it is separated electrically, the same as how lightening strikes produce ozone. You also say its no more than a fish tank pump, correct, it is used for cleaning fish tanks but please, if you want to try and be all intellectual on subject matter, please do your homework. Ozone is an amazing thing, and a cure for ALL anaerobic diseases and bacteria's if used correctly.

I was told to ingest 2 squirts from the pump both morning and evening. When I got back home I read the bottle and it said skin lotion on it, nothing about oral consumption so I went back to the health food store I bought if from and the guy confirmed that ingestion was perfectly fine.
