reloading for long range shooting at the unknown distance(UD) rifle range.
portable reloading bench / loading table consists of Lyman Spartan C press, Lyman Deluxe 308 Winchester die set, Lyman 500 scale, Sierra 175 Match King, Hogdon Varget, CCI BR2 and Federal 210M match primers, Lee Auto Prime and Federal 308 Winchester cases in Sony Webbie HD.

short clip on making a portable reloading (loading) bench / table, so that you can cut the time, resources and gas for the repeated trip to the shooting range in order to find the sub-moa group for your rifle and cartridge combination.
with rising metal prices and gas for the transportation, portable reloading bench / table is the answer to saving valuable match bullets, gun powder, gas and time. for me, I can reload only required load and find the accuracy load in one trip to the range. I should have done this project a very long time ago!
Hogdon Varget accuracy load that I got wasn't an eye opener. never the less, I got that in one trip to the range. it's just another accuracy load for me; however, all that hoopla for temperature insensitivity is remain to be seen. that is why I did not bless the powder charge that I used for this video even though 3 shot groups are .525 MOA. I'll settle for 3's and low 4's and I'll be comparing to my old data 42.2grs of IMR 4064. although hitting the Iron Maiden @ 675yds, my calculations came up short (667yds); however, hit is hit!
recommended Hogdon Varget powder charge for Sierra 175 MK is 43.0 - 45.0grs (maximum) with Federal 210M match primers and Winchester cases. being me, beggars can't be choosy. all I have is Federal 308 Winchester cases from the dumpster dive...

got the materials from Home Depot - Home Design Products Husky X-WorkHorse $39.00, 1x6x4 pine $5.00, & 2-5" bolt, washer (4), & nuts $3.00. total cost less than 50 bucks.
i can live with that. garage isn't necessary.

O'right my long lost brother! Is that rifle rest made out of half of a styrofoam cooler? I can't tell from the video angle. I want to make one. Also went to Home Depot for the Husky Portable Workhorse, thanks for post that video!
