THANK GOD it wasn't Justin Timberlake - period, you can say it, Adam, your tongue won't blow off, haha! Just kidding, but with all those commercial people... That would suck. One of the main things I love about this movie is that the actors aren't 'too Hollywood' to put it that way, I mean... Why look like something that's been spat out of Hollywood's plastic surgeons when you are playing bohemians in New York? xD

@boardwaybeauty101 theres only so much you can fit in in a movie. they have time restraints and some of them didnt fit. they got the important ones at least that moves the story along;

@TomCollinsgirl, well, she HAS lived the life of (basically) a squatter when she was a kid growing up in NYC. They mention it in one of the videos on here. I don't think she said it any differently than anyone else on here who says that casting pop stars would ruin RENT. :P

I disagree.I think it was pretty well done.I do feel they cut alot of the songs because there isn't a huge group of musical super fans.(like us)so I guess some people are like there are wayyyy too many songs.And I actually Rosario did a really good job.She had huge shoes to feel so I think she did very well.Sam with Tracie.I kinda liked it in the 1980's it actually gave the movie alittle more character.lol.I thought it was very well down.But that's just me.:D
