I took Allyson's iPod, and I cracked it open. (It's okay, She gave it to me). I took out the Hard Drive and tested it. It turns out that it was going bad. So I thought to replace it. Then I came up with the great idea to not only replace it, but to upgrade the quality of it by using a Compact Flash Drive instead. So, I ordered an adapter for the hard drive plugin ($4.50), in order to use a Flash card ($40, Newegg.com). Waiting for the items to arrive was the hardest part. But when they arrived I got them all together and made sure it worked before I did the video. Then I cut out a cardboard piece the size of the hard drive to glue the SSD to, so it will stay stable and not jostle about when I use it or shake it. After I connected everything, I plugged it in, and It worked just like new! So, now I have 5 iPods/iPhones. Whew! IDK what to do with them now! If you'd like more details or help on how to do this, feel free to contact me. Thank you.
