This is a unique game only items and suitcases award points go figure lol enjoy....

Playing through games like these can really be tedious, I should know haha! In fact, when you were asking about other games that don't keep track of enemies being killed off, Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde came to mind!

The music in that game is similar to Cliffhanger's, in terms of building up an eerie atmosphere. Friday the 13th for the NES also doesn't keep track of the enemies that are killed off. There are probably more of these games out there.
