@9898kero these short t.v. specials are also if you haven't noticed not max and eliza, but simon and sally so no they did not change wally's name but instead they gave eliza a whole new bear, while wally stays with sally.

this is amazing, u made me cry when i found this..u know this movie is the reason the t.v show "the secret world of bengamin bear" is on t.v they just changed "wallies" name...weird isn't it. but omg, thank you for this..my mom has this one and the better for worse special on tape, this is awsome!

I LOVE you right now. I had a tape of random Christmas specials that my grandmother recorded 15 years ago and and a couple of years ago the tape finally gave out. I have trying to figure out the name of this movie for about an hour! Now I get to share this movie with my little cousins! They just really don't make movies like this anymore.
