Worst announcers EVER in any type of game, period. SEGA did the worst possible job as far as English voice acting and scripting with this game. Why do all of them characters have American accents? Lion is French, Brad is Italian (why naming him Brad Burns is beyond me), Jeffry Australian, etc.
Not to mention the cheesiest possible lines ever. "I'm twice the man I used to be???????"
SEGA needs to outsource that part of the game to Rockstar, hahaha...

Yes. You wouldn't hear that annoying buzz at the start, and it would be a little lighter.
