Sorry if im annoying you with all my comments but how can you prevent the pole from rubbing you when doing moves cause it really hurts, thanks xx Soz for keep asking questions hehe, im new to pole dancing x

Mighty grip or sure grip for grippin pole - ebay or google it - as with rubbin ewtc just something ya have 2 get use 2 - try not 2 'hug' the pole

Hiya, how do you do the merry go round move x

Place 1 hand high on pole, other comes across chest and keep it as locked a s you can, lift both legs up to the side of the pole as if u r sitting on a chair - knees 2gether, feet 2gether
