Sudan reached a peace accord between north and south five years ago, but U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton says the country is now at a critical juncture ahead of elections in April. U.S. envoy for Sudan Scott Gration plans Sudan-related travel in Africa later this month and a pre-election visit to Sudan in February. VOA's David Gollust reports from the State Department.
