@JarquinMedia
watch again and pay closer attention. your question is answered in the video.
your company would be worth nothing to an investor. your dollar figure is correct, your company as described by you is worth $0.00
you are already in a losing situation. you should not be so concerned with that. you should be focused on getting your website back up.
then you need to find a local partner (or partners) to help you get 'traction' first.

I'm not understanding the pitch vs the business plan. she said decide how much of your kimono you're willing to open. I'm not understanding the difference and now i'm scared i've said to much to potential investors.

I would suggest to any investor, big or small, search Wealthcylces, by Mike Maloney. It is a great starting point, especially for someone new to the game. His education is by far superior to allot of personalities. Check out my channel too, it could help you, even if you are an established investor.

@carbidutz It seems to be a very naive perception of work. Maybe one day you will know that you can make money having fun and doing what you love. And working with venture funding, helping to grow great ideas, working with very ambitious young people sometimes does bring you satisfaction and joy for your life. It's now always about the money. But yes, it's still a job after all, and they want to make money from it. Or do you want to work for free?

Great Video! I learned quite a bit from it. However; one of the things that i might have missed is: How do you put a dollar figure on an $0 revenue, pre-launch web business? And what do you offer in return to your seed investors? How do you get their beaks wet without putting yourself in a loosing situation?
