  • Fairchild!?!?! I'd trade every one of my pricey vsts for that!!!

  • man. i look at those hardwares boxes and i think.....goodbye software, i'm going back to analog. well, the plug ins are actually quite good too ;)

  • Friends... Romans... and MR. Puig.... lend me thine ears and your gear.... (only so that I can mix my projects as well as you do....)

  • Pultec compressor!?

  • hes helping develop vst-s thats what he means by sharing fairchild and pultec you stupid fool

  • 2,266 views on this video, and so far there is Jack, you. and. I that understand what is being said in this video. All the rest of the worms will go to software programs. The irony here is, Jack actually say he wants to share the equipment, yet, there is nobody that wants to use it. No comments. I would kill to get my hands on either of these two items displayed on this video. How silly and stupid can people be yo not desire this old stuff. I guess ignorant is the correct term.

  • Hi Jack, that was a great description of the vintage Fairchild Compressor and Pultec EQ, I know the Pultec was introduced around 1954 from viewing old Audio Mags from that time, and it was only a mono EQ where you had to use many units for multi track..great insight to audio history!!...Lloyd.

PS, I am also trying to locate more in depth info on vintage Fairchild recorders from the 40's to 60's time frame to add to my audio gear info archive.
