Burn to DVD This option is still in the development phases, but soon you will be able to download a movie in a format for burning to a DVD at home. Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) I closed Windows Media Player before the movie was over. How do I get back? Check your e-mail for a receipt from WebMovieNow. Click on the invoice link in the receipt. Once the invoice opens (you may need to login first) click on the blue link at the bottom to access your movie. If you never received the e-mail receipt or lost it, you can always access your movies through the My Account link on our web site. I receive the message "Download Expired" when trying to access my movie. This means you have reached the end of your rental period/license. If you would like to renew your license, login to the My Account page. In the right column under Order History, click on the movie title you would like to renew. Select a rental period/license and continue through the checkout process. If you believe you are receiving the "Download Expired" message in error, please contact us with your order # and we will investigate the issue further.
