@candymandy224 Me too! And I got so angry at them for not saying a proper goodbye when they got the second chance. I mean, for Rose it's alright, because she's got the human Doctor, but he needed the peace of mind that saying goodbye to her properly would've given him. I think that's a big reason that he was so haunted by her loss: that he'd never properly closed things with her, and given the second chance, he still didn't! He needed that so much, and he didn't give himself it.
