What a scrap !! First Israel doesn't need to attack pakistan with floods.. it will be destroyed by it's own taliban and extremists. Israel has no preceived threat like India becoz it doesn't share boundary with pakistan. Total BullShit. Cloud seeding methods can't cause floods at that scale. Do some basic sciences. If that was the case there would be no droughts in US.. THINK SENSIBLY !!

Well this video is old now, I want to update you that there is worst Texas Drought in 50 years, Alabama Tornado took 60 lives and damaged property. Everyone remember catastrophic Hurricane Katrina, killed hundreds of people and damaged property. More recently America endures heaviest snow in 90 years. and right now Mississippi river is flooding after 1927.
