    5 is good. you're only going to improve if you keep up with your training so just look forward to bigger numbers :D

    sorry i know your comment is from a while ago.

    i would say to exhaustion for 3 sets. Chin ups are hard, even the negative ones so you shouldnt set a number until you can bust out at least 8
