how many times have these re-designed or re-package the cervin vega subwoofer.
-
is this thing made from old tank parts or something lol
-
@foxacoustics pretty sure u could find the parts on the internet. someone's gonna always have something someone needs!
-
Nice.
Song name? please.

Don't blow that sub.
Cerwin Vega quit making the replacement cone, coil, and spider Assembly when they discontinued the Stroker pro line. If you blow it you can't get it fixed.
Kinda sucks for the people using them in competition with the intent of a having easily repairable sub.

yeah it bottoms out real quick when it's free-air. maybe not even 750watts of power it's receiving at this time.

i am looking into to getting two 12" subs. Do these sound nice? Would they rattle my truck? Approximatly how much would it cost to get two of these and an appropriate amp to power these? (including wiring and any extras?) Thanks

It all depends. Assuming ur truck has 5cu.ft. to spare, then u may drop in a gooood 12 with 2kW rms and for sure that's gonna shake ur truck w/o full dynamat as long as urs is a light duty one. Don't know about 1/2 ton or 3/4 ton trucks cause mine is just a ranger.

The coil is movin, what uc at the mid is the linear guide for it which is also a support for the 3rd spider.
