The Future of our Communities: Prospects & Challenges

Presented at LISC's 30th Anniversary Symposium in March, 2011, Secretary Kathleen Sebelius of HHS provides opening remarks to this educational discussion moderated by Julia Stasch, Vice President for U.S. Programs of TheMacArthur Foundation.
